A portrait of my friend Lynn. She's a beauty, but boy I obsessed over this little painting. I don't know what's wrong with me these days. I guess I'm trying to improve. I keep thinking just one more brush stroke and it'll be perfect. Pretty soon I don't know where I am anymore and I think it's starting to get worse. Thank god I'm meeting girlfriends for lunch, so I HAVE TO STOP MYSELF before someone gets hurt! Me mostly. Painting is not fun when I obsess. I'm taking myself too seriously. Sigh! Sigh! Get over yourself. Plus I don't like the way my paintings show up on blogspot. What am I doing wrong. They seem faded. At .mac they seem vivid.
